FAQs
What is coaching offered by the Foundation?
1
Coaching is like having a trusted thinking partner. It creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Through thoughtful conversation and guided discovery, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and practical next steps to move forward with purpose.
Is it confidential?
2
Yes. Trust is the foundation of every coaching relationship. Coaching conversations are confidential and provide a safe, respectful space for you to explore your thoughts, challenges, and goals. As ICF credentialed coaches, we adhere to the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation, which include maintaining the confidentiality of client information. The only exceptions are those required by law or when there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
What makes us different?
3
We focus on identity, not just goals. Before deciding where to go next, we help women rediscover who they are today.
We honor the in-between.Rather than rushing women through change, we recognize the "liminal space" between endings and new beginnings as an important season for reflection, growth, and discernment.
We combine coaching with community.Transformation is powerful, but it doesn't have to happen alone. Our small coaching cohorts provide encouragement, accountability, and connection with women who understand the journey.
We make coaching more accessible.Through scholarships and community support, we work to remove financial barriers so more women can benefit from professional coaching during significant life transitions.
We measure success by transformation. Our goal isn't simply to complete a coaching program. It's to help women leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, meaningful relationships, and a vision they can begin living.
